631-254-4900"Based on current issues, would say installation was poor as current problems go back to the install. Currently running system with cracked PVC fitting in air handler, causing condensate to flood bottom of unit (installed horizontally). Condensate has leaked into emergency pan and is running out thru secondary line. Primarily PVC Line was not graded correctly nor supported across full length of attic. There is also sweating in this line onto attic insulation. Flooding sensor had to be removed to get system back up with 100+ F weather. 1/2 expecting to see water stains on ceilings at which time I’ll be asking for water damage repairs, new attic insulation and Bosch technician to verify install was done correctly or not." 631-254-4900" Not happy with the rep who came. He trudged in and out of the house with dirty work boots from the rain. Walked all over my light carpet with no care. Then was upstairs in and out of our bedrooms when I clearly told him where the attic was located. It was only when I checked on him that he told me he couldn’t find the attic door. The service all took almost an hour when others have been much shorter. I work from home and couldn’t resume my work until
